Configure Mozilla-Mail

First click on 'File->New->Account'.

'New Account Setup' window
Click on 'Email account' then click 'Next'.

'Identity' window, 'Your Name' field
Enter your name.
'Email Address' field
Enter your email address then click on 'Next'.

'Server Information' window
Select 'POP' for 'type of incoming server'.
'Incoming Server :' pop3.gobol.org
Click on 'Next'.

'User Names' window
'Incoming User Name :' Enter your email address.
Click on 'Next'.

'Account Name' window, 'Account Name' field
Enter the name you would like to use to refer to this account (for example your email address).
Click on 'Next'.

'Congratulations' window
Tick off the 'Download messages now' box.
Click on 'Finish'.

'Enter your password' window
Enter your password.
Tick off the 'Use Password Manager to remember this password.' box.
Click on 'OK'.
